Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the product, and the value of the returned product will be refunded.

How do you request a return?

To request a return, please contact us by email at lemnaru.contact@gmail.com. In your email, please include the following information:

• Order ID (you can find this number in the order confirmation or in your order history on our website)

• The products you wish to return

• The reason for the return (if possible, please provide details to help us process the return)

After you send us the email, we will reply with detailed instructions on how to proceed with returning the products. Depending on the situation, we will also inform you whether you need to cover the return shipping cost.

Return shipping cost

If the return is not due to an error on our part (wrong product/size/model or defects), the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. You have the legal right to return products within 14 days from the delivery date. In all cases where the return is not due to an error on our part (incorrect product received, defective product, etc.), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Refund

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will proceed with the refund, which will be issued directly to the debit/credit card used for the purchase. If the returned product shows signs of wear, stains, or is not in resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

In the meantime, if you wish to purchase another product, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item. Due to the small size of our business and stock variations, we are unable to offer product exchanges, treating the return and the new order as separate processes.

In cases where the return is not due to an error on our part (wrong product/size/model or defects), the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer, and the refund will include only the value of the returned product. The initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

Considering that all orders are processed and handled either by Ana-Maria or by third-party collaborators, order processing and handling times may vary between 3–5 business days. For pre-order items, the delivery time is specified individually for each product on its product page.

After processing, products will be shipped as follows:

The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from order confirmation, but in some cases it may take slightly longer. We do our best to ship your order within the stated timeframe and to notify you in case of delays. Please contact us if there are delays and you have not received a notification from us.

For clarity, “delivery” refers to the moment the order is handed over to the courier. Please note that delivery may be delayed by the courier during busy periods (Black Friday, the days before Christmas, Easter, etc.). If this happens, please check the FAN Courier website (www.fancourier.ro) to track your order using the AWB number we provide (if you have not received the AWB, please check your spam folder or your order history in your account on our website). Please do not hesitate to contact us if you notice delays.

Note – As we are a small team handling, processing, and preparing orders, we are unable to offer same-day or next-day delivery. Please also keep in mind that delivery may be delayed by the courier during busy periods (Black Friday, the days before Christmas, Easter, etc.).

Orders over 250 RON qualify for free shipping if paid online at checkout.

IMPORTANT – If you are sending an order to another person, please include the recipient’s phone number in the order comments, as we cannot ship without this information and your order may be delayed until we obtain the necessary details.
