Roma Stories

Three publishing projects, initiated by UNICEF Romania & Agentia Împreună and the Cu Alte Cuvinte Association, share the common goal of improving inclusion through children's literature by addressing the lack of Roma heroes and positive role models. The graphic novel series (including "Nobody Can Ever Fly Alone" and "Tanning the Black Panther") offers stories about acceptance.

ROMA S/HEROES project introduces contemporary role models. The book "Lada de Cărți" (The Book Crate) tells the story of activist Loredana Mihaly.
